Who can apply to join us as a seller?
Mumpreneurs who have their own sustainable kids' brand.

What type of product can I sell on the marketplace?
Any product that is sustainably produced and falls within the categories of baby and kids clothing, kids decoration and toys. 

How long does it take to be approved as a seller?
To be approved as a seller won’t take longer as 5 working days in case you meet all requirements.

How many products can I upload to my account?
You can sell up to 30 products at a time.

How long will my listing be online?
The listing will be published for 6 months, after that you need to republish the product if it is still for sale.

Can I change the currency?
Yes, you can pick your currency on the upper right hand corner of the website.

 

Customers

Do I need to register on the website to place an order?
No, you don't need to register on the website. You can use the guest checkout. 

How can I pay?
Our current payment method is PayPal. It is not necessary to set up an account with them. You can pay through PayPal as a guest.

Which country do you deliver to?
Many :-) However this depends on each seller and the product you are buying. Currently we are only shipping within the EU.

Who ships my order?
The seller will directly ship the order to the delivery address you have stated at the checkout. 

When do I receive my product?
The seller needs to send the products to the customer within 5 working days after receiving the payment if not stated differently in the product policy. Personalised products may take longer. 

What do I do if my order is missing?
Please check with the carrier the package was sent with first. If you are still unable to locate your order, drop us an email at hello@superhero-collective and we will see what we can do. 

Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after having received the product. Just write an email to hello@superhero-collective.com and we are happy to help. If the product hasn't been shipped yet when cancelling, the full amount will be refunded. If the product has been shipped, the product price minus the shipment cost will be refunded. Once the seller has received back your order, we will refund you within 14 days. Please note that personalised products cannot be refunded as indicated in our terms and conditions.
